Additionally, in this area, our commercial partners will organize professional courses on the use of new products to optimize their functionality. We also host shows where our qualified chef cooks live, revealing tricks and recipes of the dishes being prepared! Products are described and illustrated to customers, who can ask questions and satisfy their curiosity, as well as taste refined menus.
Eugenio Medagliani was the first to realize the importance of actively engaging customers, and for this reason, in our showroom, we have dedicated ample space to show cooking: here, customers can ask questions and satisfy every curiosity, learn how to use kitchen tools, discover new recipes, and delight their palate with tastings of refined menus.
The Chef
Fabio Zanetello is Medagliani’s Chef.As a passionate advocate of the rich Italian culinary tradition, the chef leads our courses and events, transmitting, thanks to twenty years of experience in the restaurant world, the passion and pursuit of art in cooking.
His belief is that the global culinary landscape offers endless opportunities to mix flavors and fragrances: his curiosity about international gastronomic influences blends harmoniously with the use of the best from our Italian territory, resulting in a riot of simplicity, elegance, and innovation.
Cooking events
Paired with our courses, we host the #zanetellocontrotutti eventGreat national and international chefs will come together to test their culinary skills; using the same ingredients but creating different recipes, entirely conceived on the spot at the challenge location.
The only rule is creativity: with the same ingredients revealed on the spot, chefs, judged by an expert jury, must creare a recipe unleashing all their imagination.
The event is open to all cooking enthusiasts, who can ask questions, satisfy their curiosity during the preparation of the dishes, and taste the dishes created.
